Jillian is a qualified Counsellor and is a proud member of the Australian Counselling Association. She has managed and operates out of many private practices, where she has specialiseed in a variety of different counselling services.

This includes:

  • Couple relationship and family counselling
  • Teenagers and Children
  • Individual Counselling

She has a very positive, passionate and gentle approach to wellbeing and values and understands mental health. Her aim and agenda, is to teach about tools and techniques to unpack emotions, enhance and educate emotional intelligence, for helping her clients to understand what lies in anxiety or depression. Also how to control and prevent it, teach and understand self-love, and engage the client with maintaining an internal relationship with themselves. These are some examples of entry points that will allow one to advance on a positive path, that can be happy and peaceful. She advocates for keeping your mental health in check and she believes that knowledge is power. Knowledge of oneself, is the key to having a strong relationship. To improve once wellbeing, she believes that one must first take control, of the internal part of you, that you feel is taking control of your life in negative manner. Part of her job as a counsellor is to assist in getting her clients to think different, to change thoughts, shift emotions, which then impacts action.
